How does a customer receive a request for a review?
You can choose to send via email or SMS. In the basic version it's just a one click button to request a review from a customer. They will be sent to a private page to give experience review before being either offered the private feedback form or to publicly post on Google or another social platform.
How do I see what's happening?
You can login to the backend of the system and monitor everything! But you don't have to, as we'll set it up for you, you will never need to login if you don't want.
